Today I work with restaurant partners, focusing on how technology can support both their finances and their daily operations.

My work starts with understanding the restaurant's setup: how orders arrive, how they move to the kitchen, and what happens at payment and handover. From there, I follow the process through advice and proposed solutions to agreement and setup, working with the people who will use the solution.

My experience working with customers has taught me that a solution needs to make sense to the people using it. It should be possible to explain what will improve, what needs to change and how the transition will be carried out.
